Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: May 21, 2026
Welcome to Stripe Plus, LLC. By accessing our digital pages, requesting a line striping or parking lot layout estimate, or hiring our company for field maintenance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Estimates, Plans, and Pricing Policies
All automated pricing calculations, rough digital quotes, or preliminary estimates are strict approximations based solely on the measurements and stall counts provided by the user. They do not constitute a legally binding financial contract.
Final project costs are subject to adjustment until a physical onsite evaluation is completed, blueprint specs are confirmed, and a formal, written contract is signed by Stripe Plus, LLC and the client or property manager.
We reserve the right to modify pricing if onsite inspection reveals heavy oil saturation requiring extensive priming, severe pavement cracking that interferes with paint adhesion, or a layout that differs from the digital submission.
2. Field Operations & Service Responsibilities
Weather & Temperature Dependencies: Professional traffic paint, thermoplastic markings, and sealcoats require specific dry ambient temperatures to cure properly without 'tracking' (smearing). Stripe Plus, LLC reserves the absolute right to postpone or reschedule operations due to rain, wet pavement, high humidity, or freezing weather without financial penalty or breach of contract liability.
Site Clearances & Property Access: The client is solely responsible for ensuring the designated parking lot, warehouse lane, or athletic court is 100% clear of all vehicles, equipment, and heavy debris prior to our crew's scheduled arrival. Sprinkler systems must be turned off 24 hours prior to and 24 hours after paint application.
Stripe Plus, LLC is not liable for project delays, towing fees, or texturized paint damage caused by unauthorized vehicles or pedestrians entering the freshly painted zone before it reaches a 'no-track' dry condition.
3. ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Compliance
While Stripe Plus, LLC provides expert layouts and applies standard handicap stencils and signage based on client blueprints or requests, final legal compliance with local, state, and federal ADA parking regulations rests strictly with the property owner or property management firm.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure their chosen layout meets the required minimum number of accessible spaces per square footage of their facility.
4. Limitation of Contractual Liability
Stripe Plus, LLC, its officers, and field operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or structural damages arising from the use of our website or unexpected field variables — such as pavement base failures, shifting asphalt, or fading caused by pre-existing chemical spills.
In all circumstances, our maximum financial liability to any client shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid by the client to Stripe Plus, LLC for that specific service contract.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal disputes arising from website utilization, automatic quoting modules, or service execution must be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within our primary operating territory — the Greater Cincinnati area.
