    Why OSHA Floor Markings Matter

Non-compliance isn't just a fine — it's a risk to your people. Proper floor markings protect both employees and your business.

    OSHA 1910.22 Requirement
Federal OSHA law requires that aisles and passageways in warehouses be kept clear and properly marked at all times. Violations carry serious financial penalties.
    Prevent Workplace Accidents
Clear lane markings drastically reduce forklift-pedestrian collisions and slip-and-fall incidents — the leading cause of industrial injury claims.
    Inspection Ready at All Times
Facilities with properly marked floors pass OSHA inspections with confidence. We ensure your markings meet every specification.
    OSHA Compliant Markings
Every marking we apply follows OSHA standards — from line width and color to placement around machinery and emergency equipment.
    10+ Years of Experience
We've worked with commercial and industrial facilities across Greater Cincinnati and understand the specific needs of warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants.
    100% Satisfaction Focus
We won't leave until every aisle is clearly defined, every hazard zone is properly marked, and your facility meets the standard it deserves.

    OSHA Standard Color Guide

The following color standards are defined by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.144 and ANSI Z535. We apply these correctly on every job.

    Yellow
Traffic aisles, pedestrian walkways, caution areas, moving equipment paths, and boundaries between pedestrian and vehicle zones.
    White
Storage locations, finished goods areas, workstations, and equipment boundaries not associated with hazards.
    Red
Fire protection equipment (extinguishers, hoses, sprinkler controls), danger zones, and emergency stop locations.
    Orange
Hazardous areas, exposed moving parts, at-risk machinery, and areas requiring guards or safety shields.
    Green
First aid equipment, safety stations, emergency eyewash stations, and safety-related locations.
    Blue
Out-of-service equipment, informational notices, and areas requiring specific PPE or caution notices.
